WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This depends on the amount of stock available for the desired product and to which country the order is shipped.
Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 2-4 business days. The shippingfee is €6,75.
Shipments outside the Netherlands can vary in both costs and shipping time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you decide to return the items because of an incorrect size, wrong color or product, or because it is not as expected, please follow the steps below.
You can find a return form and the return address inside your order. Complete this form and place it in the bag or box along with the items. All tags need to stay attached to the products. Place the sticker somewhere it is easy noticeable
for the carrier. Do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let us know why you return the items. Your feedback is always welcome.

As soon as we have received and checked the products, you will receive an email from us that you will get your money back. You will receive the money back via the payment method you used. It may therefore take a while before you have received your money.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
You can pay via the website with credit card, PayPal and iDeal. Klarna (Afterpay) is not available on our website.

No, at the moment we do not sell giftcards.
